Being that I am just starting my third year as media specialist, I can say that the people I have met at the state ILF conferences helped me make it through a rough first two years. I couldn't have made it through without the support of other AIME members. I think you yourself have given me advice on more than one occasion and I always look forward to your presentations at conferences. I've learned so much and met so many people, I couldn't think of not attending the state conference. Even though the conference is in Fort Wayne this year I will be there, and I'm even giving a presentation! Carl, I totally agree with what you are saying here.
